when they wanted to use their nuclear option in the Senate. "Be careful what you wish for." Sure, we would like PAYBACK now with an SC similar to Starr, but ShrubWILL BE GONE at some point, and most likely be replaced with a Dem Prez. I don't think ANYONE wants a repeat of the Starr years!!!

3. I don't think so. Do you remember the argument re: the Fl. law

Jeb Cush had his legislature pass that was only applicaable to Terri Schiavo? I recall several explainations stateing that a law cannot be written so narrowly as to apply to only one individual.
