So Mr. Sampson (echoed by Orrin Hatch) that Carol Lam was not
fired because she was dropping the bomb on Foggo and MZM but because she had a poor record of prosecution of gun crimes. Hatch made the whole line laughable by claiming that prosecuting gun crimes is something this adminstration holds near and dear. Bullshit!! I'm very sure we could go down the list of non-fired US attorneys and find at least one or two that had a worse gun crime prosecution record than Carol Lam.

1. there isn't much Orrin Hatch doesn't make laughable, and the gun crimes thing--
excuse number 2 that won't work, do i hear excuse number 3 coming up?
