How do we honor our war dead by creating more war dead?

A good question to ask next time the subject comes up.

How do we honor our War Dead by creating more war dead?
Making the future War Memorial bigger for this crime somehow doesn't seem like the proper answer.

Just how do we honor our War Dead in this criminal war when our government has violated every rule of engagement put in place since WWI?

2. easy answer .....

We must honor our fallen soldiers and make sure they
don't die in vain.....

By we I mean... U.S. Citizens and the other soldiers who
must follow them into the meat grinder.

And by vain I mean.... we can never admit that Iraq was an idiotic idea
and that we destabilized the region. And we can NEVER admit that the war will
not be "won".


What I say to the hard core right wingers is something like...

We must support the troops, and supporting them apparently means letting
them stay in Iraq. So by that logic I say we send all of the troops and never
let them come home until Iraq is free of violence and oppression or all the
soldiers die.... whichever comes first. ( they never get the sarcasm )

Bush fucked up ! Bring 'em home !
