Current Primary Calendar With Polling Averages, 4/24 Update
Here is the current state of polling in the post-Elizabeth Edwards announcement period (3/23 and later) for the Democratic primary / caucus season. For each average, I only list candidates receiving 5% support or greater:
Iowa, 1/14: Edwards 30.7%, Clinton 24.3%, Obama 20.7% (three polls)
Nevada, 1/19: Clinton 35%, Obama 21%, Edwards 15%, Richardson 5% (one poll)
New Hampshire, 1/22: Clinton 28.0%, Edwards 22.0%, Obama 21.5%, (two polls, one with Gore)
South Carolina, 1/29: Obama 29.3%, Clinton 28.0%, Edwards 18.3% (three polls)
Michigan (1/29 possible): Clinton 29%, Obama 24%, Edwards 22% (one poll)
Florida (1/29 possible): Clinton 35.5%, Obama 16.5%, Edwards 10.0% (two polls, one includes Gore)
Nearly National, 2/5: Clinton 36.6%, Obama 25.4%, Edwards 16.8% (twelve polls, all with the entire field but without Gore)
