Regret that I cannot vote for Clark in Illinois on March 16 -- even though he has endorsed Kerry. I have to vote my conscience.

21. Thanks for the warm welcome, Mairead.
I haven't said much about who I was for -- deliberately -- but it was Clark. While I will hold my nose and vote for Kerry (if must be) in the general election, I cannot vote for him in the primary. DK most closely holds dear what I do.

8. Welcome to the bus, MeowMix!
You couldn't have chosen a better future for the country!

Now, can you persuade a dozen of your friends to do likewise?

If DK gets 2nd or a good 3rd in California, we'll hear the punditocracy strangling on their own bile all over the nation. And if he gets first, we'll not only hear the gurgle of pundits drowning in bile but also the sound of a million corpoRATs leaping madly into the water and swimming for their lives.

26. This is great! Welcome!
Welcome all the new Kooch supporters!

Kucinich has integrity and vision and speaks for all of us!

I am voting Kucinich in OH March 2, along with at least 15 of my acquaintances with whom I have inquired about their vote.

Probably a lot more. There is a heck of a following of Kucinich in northern Ohio. He has done so much for the area. Saving Muny light, saving hospital jobs, saving steelworkers jobs... etc.

He can speak for us because he IS one of the people.

35. I supported Clark (the sellout) now I support Kucinich
Now that I have made the decision to support Kucinich because Clark sold out. Kucinich being in last place is not good, but then again, Kerry and Bush have the cards stacked against them as well.Kerry won't be elected in 2004,and Bush will have no power even if he is elected.

Dissent and non-violence is the most powerful force in the universe.

37. Well, welcome to DU and the DK bus!
You picked a powerful username (or is that your real name?) and you've also picked a powerful candidate!

When you feel gloomy about where DK is in the polling, consider how relentlessly Media Inc has worked to 'vanish' him altogether. From the moment he declared, the punditocracy has been dissing him as a lunatic fringie, a vanity candidate, a no-hoper...and working like hell to make sure their 'impartial judgement' comes true.

The comment by 67-y.o. Lena Weiner-Sorgman in Maine is exemplary: 'How come the press has written him off? I'm very, very impressed.'. She'd heard about everyone else's positions, even Sharpton's, but not DK's. What does it mean that she, a lifelong Dem activist in local politics, had heard more from the media about Al Sharpton's positions than about DK's?

Some say when I joined the DK campaign I then became bitter. I am not bitter just angry that Clark in the middle of the fight walked out of the ring with his tail between his legs.

And then I started to think about it. Kerry’s win is all because of the books being fixed just as they were in Enron. They fixed the books with Dean. Remember all the polls that said Dean is the unstoppable leader, poll after poll would confirm this. And I in the past before he was a superstar knew that he was a manufactured leader. Just as they made Enron into the largest and most powerful energy company in the world.

But I did my research. I knew for a fact that the only sort of liberal that the American people would vote for was a real liberal, for example JFK was a real liberal in fact he was a card carrying member of the Liberal Party of New York before he became elected president.
Why? Because he voted for liberal issues and had a principled philosophy of liberalism, not a News sound bite of liberalism like Dean and now Kerry have.

Well anyway DK is like JFK he has a proven record of being true blue liberal, with not all the resentments of some of the whackos on the left. And he has the principles of liberalism and dissent, just as JFK did. Was JFK a Republican Democrat like Kerry is ? No he was not.

Edit for Grammar
