I just found the web site with the "catch-all" for georgewbush.com e-mails.
They even have a full-headers version:
http://2004.georgewbush.org/deadletteroffice/headers.aspHere is a selection indicating use of the U. S. government e-mail system to conduct political action
in the Bush-Kerry race. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this a violation of the Hatch Act.
(NOTE: spaces added and mail-to code deleted to defeat links.)

This from just my first look at the page of e-mails, from scrolling down just a bit!! This struck me as very wrong, as illegal given use of the senate.gov server.
