Icy relations between Bush, Putin |

Earlier this week, I heard Mr. Bush say he addresses Vladimir Putin as "Vladimir." Does this reflect a further decline in the US-Russia relationship, that Mr. Bush no longer calls his Russian counterpart, "Pooty-Poot?"
