Do you know any "niche voters"

There are a lot of people who would vote Democratic for one reason or another. But because we take up a certain position on something (ie. abortion, gun control) many of those people end up voting for * despite the fact that they agree with the Democrats 99.9% of the time. Does anyone know anyone like that?

1. Unfortunately yes

She is on Social Security disability, and has had her payments reduced and is generally having a rough go of it. But she still will vote for Shrub because he's "pro-life". I've tried to convince her that he's sure not pro HER life, but it makes no difference.

He'd vote for the Democrat except for the fact that every Dem wants to raise his taxes.

If any Dem would committ to balancing the budget w/o raising taxes (by reducing spending) he'd vote and contribute like a madman. Instead, he reluctantly votes Repug.
