Kerry/Clark '04 - Two Patriots. One Mission.
Thanks to lincolnsailor on the kerryblog for that winning slogan (should that be the ticket).

The infusion of energy at the Kerry blog is incredible. You Clark people are awesome! I am feeling some real energy!
We are going all the way!

2. Amen to that...
But everyone don't get your hopes up too high. Judging by typical VP choices, it is not that likely.

Two great men.

3. Absolutely! Great Slogan.
We have to have it and I think this ticket can withstand even the Osama "capture".

4. Real militaristic and nationlistic.
Yeah, thatll keep em commies and terrorist shaking in their boots once they win! No one will mess with us with a marine and general in charge! Thatll send the right message to the French and old Europe. Enlist me for that campaign and well march and soundoff for their election, as we set up a new democratic front! Lets rally democratic soldiers and beat the drum of blind nationalism!

</extreme bitter sarcasm>

6. You're more right than you know.
Sarcastic or not, most of what you said is true, but in addition to actually being a net positive, these 2 men would bring so much more to the presidency than that simplistic reading.

8. Absolutely....
Theyd make it sound neato to go to war, rather than terrifying, by using long inspiring nuanced speeches.

Then some of us would stil be shuffling our feet, never statisfied, cause afterall, there would still be war.

I realize now that John Kerry has only been a target of the rethuglican far right for the last 30+ years to pull the wool over everyone's eyes for his militaristic views. I guess those VC who were shooting at him were the elite sharpshooters who were paid by the bfee to not hit him fatally so that in the next century he could start wars all over the world, too!

Clark not losing a single American soldier in Kosovo was only a fluke to cover up his blood thirsty desires, too!

Also extreme sarcasm.

Calling Kerry militaristic is like calling bush a brainiac.

23. No
Should read like this:

anti-IWR, pro-Biden-Lugar, pro-corporate interests as VT governor, 3rd way Democrat in the Clinton mold

That's how Dean would have been positioning himself if he were currently the front-runner - he would have moved to depict himself as the moderate that he really is.

5. I'm sorry, but if Clark really said "Kerry has an intern problem"
I don't want him anywhere near JFK.
Supposedly several journalists are on the record, admitting they heard him say it.
We'll pretty well know in the next 48-72 hrs.

14. Thats right. Because Clark is a "Right-Wing Spy"
Edited on Sat Feb-14-04 11:55 AM by japanduh
Him, a 4-star General who has commanded entire armies that have gone through wars without losing a single man, going around denouncing Bush, and Bush's policies and his senseless warfare and throwing his support behind "JFK" - who by the way supported voted in favor of Bush's senseless war, actually is all a plot to bring the Bush Administration back into office.

21. Did YOU hear Clark say it?
I read that Matt Fudge said he heard that several sources said that they heard Clark say it.

Are you following that? Don't worry, the trail leads to nowhere.
