BTW - Do you remember an article just a few weeks after the Dems took over, that focused on this new "power townhouse" in Georgetown, owned by Democratic Congressman George Miller, who rented space out to three fellows - fellow Democratic Congressman Bill Delahunt of Massachusetts, and Democratic Senators Chuck Schumer and Dick Durbin? They were roomies, ordering Chinese food take-out and leaving their beds unmade. Not there together too much because of conflicting schedules. But when they needed to bunk out somewhere, this is where they came and this is where their rent checks went. And even if they weren't together a lot, they were still together enough, week in and week out, that you better believe some of this stuff comes up over TV, doing the laundry, taking dishes into or out of the kitchen, raiding the refrigerator, etc. You better believe that they chit-chat about this stuff. THEY ALL TALK. SO DO THEIR STAFFERS - over lunch in the Congressional cafeteria or outside at restaurants, fast food, or bars, at the dry cleaners', at the store, around the neighborhood, the restroom, etc.
