1. Well, maybe if they had some equal time for a Progressive
person, the comments would be more positive.

3. Ok ok. So it was just hypothetical
It ain't gonna happen and we all know it. Besides, since Progressives have absolutely nobody as loony as coulter, there is really no way to rebuff it, er, her.

4. How 'bout the nerd with the "Marry Me Ann" sign...
Coulter was on a local radio show yesterday and some nitwit caller opened his comments by saying "First of all I think you're pretty hot." Cripes what a bunch of losers.

6. Well, I sent 'em one, anyway.
Dear "Hardball" -

I am SICK TO DEATH of this policy of yours to put mean-spirited, divisive, poisonous schmucks on your show just for the pathetically shallow purpose of getting a rise out of people.

ann coulter is a DISGRACE. All you do by giving her attention is to spread toxins over the airwaves to infect the American psyche. That's not "shrewd programming." That's sadism.

SHAME ON YOU!!! Man, you'll go anywhere in Hell for ratings, won't you? And you probably wonder why we're so divided in this country, to the point where we're almost at each other's throats...

SHAME!!!!!! Matthews, you make this retired news broadcaster bitterly ashamed of her former industry.

7. I sent them an email this morning
Subject: With Coulter on Hardball should be called Screwball

I fail to understand why you give the looney hateful Ann Coulters a full hour to spew her crap. Anyone who can believe that George Bush is a brilliant leader on the war has to be doing some serious drugs. And why allow her to be surrounded by her sycophants? Why not some opposition viewpoints instead of the Coulter sect? And Chris Matthews really threw her softballs all night and really didn’t call her out. The only person with the guts to call her out was Elizabeth Edwards and that was the only saving grace of last night.

Between this and Matthews swooning over candidates like Fred Thompson and Giuliani, Hardball is becoming a joke. Matthews excuses having Coulter on by saying she sells books. Well there are a whole lot more interesting rational people who sell books in the political world. Why not have the author of A Tragic Legacy, Glenn Greenwald on?

9. You are right, he said she was a excellent writer, bullshit. Said she
had followers. So what, Manson had followers too, doesn't mean he was good for society.

Matthews is such an idiot and getting worse. Guiuliani, look at 9/11, sent firefighters in without respirators and whatever happened to the new communication system for the firefighters and the police who couldn't communicate. He never did get that fixed and gets off the Iraq Committee so he could make money for speeches. The money was more important to him than Iraq. Matthews doesn't know this. Thompson, may not be so hot either once he actually gets in the campaign.
