What all of our candidates should be worried about this early in the game...

Dear Seth,
Help Mark Pryor fight back. Contribute to his campaign today!
Senator Mark Pryor is under attack.
17 months before election day, Karl Rove and the national Republicans are already throwing mud. Mark is one of Karl Rove's top targets for the 2008 cycle. Rove and the right-wing think they can take his seat from the Democrats, and they are already employing their dirty tricks to try to take him down.
Prove Karl Rove wrong. It's time to fight back for Mark. Will you join me and contribute to Senator Pryor's campaign before tomorrow's critical June 30th fundraising deadline?
http://www.actblue.com/page/fightbackMark is not just my Senator here in Arkansas. In a U.S. Senate where Democrats hold the slimmest of margins, 51-49, Mark's Senate seat in Arkansas is essential to keeping Democratic control of the Senate. In just a few months of controlling Congress, we've passed ethics reform, raised the minimum wage, and have brought about Congressional oversight of the Bush Administration's policies and actions.
There's so much more work to be done in Congress, and Mark Pryor needs to be re-elected to represent all of us.
Please join me and help re-elect Senator Mark Pryor. Contribute to his campaign today!
http://www.actblue.com/page/fightbackDo you want to know why Karl Rove and his cronies started attacking Mark? They went after Mark because he voted for ethics reform!
This is what else Mark has done in the U.S. Senate:
Worked for our military personnel and their families to not only receive every benefit they have earned, but also expanded benefits for health care, education and training.
In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Mark helped lead the fight in Congress to force changes on the Bush Administration so that the federal response to natural disasters is skilled and reliable.
Worked from his position on the Senate Armed Services Committee to ensure that U.S. policy on the war is focused primarily on fully equipping and protecting the health and security of those soldiers.
As Chairman of the Consumer Relations Subcommittee, led the fight for increased consumer protections against telemarketers and identity theft.
We need Mark to stay right where he is -- fighting for us in the U.S. Senate. Please make a contribution to his campaign before the critical June 30th deadline!
http://www.actblue.com/page/fightbackThank you for your ongoing support.
Sincerely,
Wes Clark
P.S. This campaign is one of my top priorities in 2008. So please contribute whatever you can to lead Mark to victory in 2008.
