9. I think Kentucky has a lock on the two worst: McConnell and Bunning.
There might be one exception if Oklahoma has another Pug to go with Inoufe...he is even more despicable than McConnell and that is hardly possible. We are going to try here in KY. to rid the Senate of McConnell (probably will not happen, but it is best chance in a long time.) Oklahoma, can you all oust Inoufe? When I saw him attack Gore at the committee meeting chaired by Boxer, I actually got physically ill. What an ignorant monster!!!!!!!!!!!!

10. Virginia has experienced nothing short of a miracle during the 6
years I have lived here. From NO Democratic representation, it will soon have two Democratic senators. That is nothing short of remarkable. As to the best, well, I'm a bit more liberal and prefer Massachusetts in the Senator department, but I would definitely agree that Virginia will be ONE OF THE BEST represented states in the union, and certainly based on IQ alone, head and shoulder above most states.
