Total Number of Delegates
There will be 765 UNPLEDGED delegates at the Convention. Does anyone know the number of delegates that will be chosen by the State primary voters who will be pledged to a specific candidate? Also, in the primaries, is it generally a winner-take-all or are do they split the delegates proportionately? Just a question.

Each state party governs that. A candidate must get 15% of the total vote to earn a delegate. That's DNC rule.

And the DNC's website lists each state's Plan as well.
