Poll question: Is it too late for Gore to step into the ring? |
|
I know it's a long, long shot. Probably just wishful thinking on my part, but what if?
Is it too late?

His comments of late have confirmed that he understands the best way to stop Global Warming is as the President.
I thought this interesting considering how far along we are.

3. Of course it's too late |

He shouldn't run, it's clear that the stolen election in 2000 took too much of a toll on him. I know it's been 8 years but he seems notably worn since then, and he looks a bit portly these days (not that it should matter but in today's environment it does).

He just looks notably different than 2000 when he was more vibrant. Yes, I do understand that he's nearly 10 years older.
I admire and respect his work on global warming and loved An Inconvenient Truth. It's a shame that he wasn't our President as this country would still be truly great and headed the right direction instead of hijacked by right-wing nuts and driven off the cliff. That being said I think Democrats are ready for something new, although most of us really admire and respect Al Gore.

Well...he looked good to me at the Nobel ceremony and besides, portly is better than stupid any day. And stupid is what we have now. It may be too late for Gore but let's hope that we can make our selection for President based on the best candidate and not what the MSM tries to ram down our throats.

8. Whoever he gets behind will have a nice bump in the polls. |
|
I hope he uses this leverage to get his agenda pushed to the top.

6. Not too late for him to step in the ring as long as he doesn't try to squeeze in between the ropes |

10. What part of "he doesn't want the job" do you not understand ??? |
|
If he truly wanted to run, he would have declared a long time ago.
Leave it be.
