Former NBA Legend to Campaign for Hillary in Waterloo and Davenport on Tuesday, December 18th

DES MOINES, IA - Iowans for Hillary announced today that former NBA Legend and Clinton supporter Earvin "Magic" Johnson will join former President Bill Clinton in Iowa on Tuesday to campaign for Hillary. They will attend events together in Waterloo and Davenport as part of Hillary's "Every County Counts Tour - Working for Change, Working for You," which she will kickoff in Council Bluffs on Sunday. This tour marks a five-day, 99-county campaign blitz through Iowa. Additional details will be announced on a closer date.

Because no where did CLINTON ever suggest that Obama was a drug dealer. No where, did Shaheen ever mention that Obama WAS a drug dealer.

Here is the scenario: the question of electability is constantly being thrown at Clinton by Obama. He is suggesting that her past is just too messy for her to be president. Well, wait a minute. The republicans COULD have fodder for attacks against Obama as well: for example he as ADMITTED to felonies: possession and consumption of cocaine. The republicans can certainly have days and days of fodder with that tidbit, for example...

stop your twisting and distorting.

Obama is not off limits. We are allowed to say OBAMA DID COCAINE. We are allowed to question the extent of it.

What you are doing, is hypocritical. You are twisting Clinton's employee's words as you attempt to suggest that Clinton is doing EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE DOING.

That said, there are others who ought to resign or be fired as well - although I would guess that Chris Matthews and Joe Trippi* don't agree. For example (emphasis mine, throughout this post):

Unlike the Clinton campaign, which has the bad habit of firing people or making people resign when they do things they should not be doing, another campaign had (has?) a different standard on smears:

Asked about the document <Hillary Clinton, D-Punjab>, Bill Burton, a spokesman for Mr. Obama, said: “We did give reporters a series of comments she made on the record and other things that are publicly available to anyone who has access to the Internet. I don’t see why anyone would take umbrage with that.”

Asked why the Obama campaign had initially insisted that it not be connected to the document, Mr. Burton replied, “I’m going to leave my comment at that.” ..

In August, Obama’s team scored a significant hit by helping to place a story in several newspapers revealing that Norman Hsu, a major Clinton donor, had skipped town after having pleaded no contest to a charge of grand theft 15 years earlier and still faced an outstanding warrant... (Hsu had also contributed to Obama.)

Well, I am gratified that Sen. Obama is "against" the "politics of personal destruction" and runs a campaign with complete accountability, unlike the Clinton campaign.
