4. That's a Dragon Roll photo I shot for my client's Web Site...
...a Japanese restaurant in Campbell, CA.

Tempura Shrimp, Cucumber topped with Eel, Avocado, Kani Tobiko.

I shot the photo and then I ate the Dragon. I have the BEST job in the WORLD.

It looks appetizing, except I think I'd ditch the head before I ate it..

I don't think I'd want those beady little eyes watching me eat that thing.

6. The owner asked me if I'd like to try a fried shrimp head...
...he took the head from the dragon roll in the photo, dipped it in batter, deep-fried it and handed it back to me.

I can honestly say that there are things I've enjoyed more in life.

The headless Dragon Roll was DEE-licious from start to finish.

The head was a little musky or something...I don't know how to describe it.
