Obama: "I talk to Al Gore about every three weeks"

A Little Al Gore Name Dropping

Barack Obama, last night in Portsmouth, N.H., advising a guy wearing a Santa hat to go to his Web site to learn more about his plan to combat global warming.

"I talk to Al Gore about every three weeks, and we're going to make sure that your home at the North Pole is still available to you," Obama said, reports NBC/NJ's Erin McPike.

Endorsement tease, anyone?

5. Al Gore had the audacity to say Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11!
How dare he? The truth has nothing to do with politics!

6. I'm sure Obama would love you to think Gore was planning on endorsing him.

12. Nope. I think he's deliberately attempting
to suggest some form of endorsement or relationship between the two. A phone call every three weeks is meaningless.

13. You mean the guy who's suing the Bush Administration?
http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/12/20/california.emissions/

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger plans to sue the federal government over its decision not to allow a California plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, he announced Thursday.

Environmental Protection Agency chief Stephen Johnson announced the decision Wednesday, refusing the state's request for a waiver that would have allowed it to cut emissions faster than a new federal plan the president signed into law Wednesday.

"It's another example of the administration's failure to treat global warming with the seriousness that it actually demands," the governor said at a news conference Thursday.

***

But Schwarzenegger said he would like to set a higher standard for California. "Anything less than aggressive action on the greatest environmental threat of all time is inexcusable," he said.

11. Santa was a Hillary plant!!!!!!
It is well known that Santa is supporting Hillary. Has the Clinton campaign no shame in planting their operatives in other candidate's town hall meetings????

I blame Clinton for planting Santa in the crowd, and Obama for falling for the ruse.

I am voting Edwards!

17. Obama, here's a newsflash for you: Gore is NOT going to endorse you or anyone.
Gore said so himself. Gore said something to the effect that if he was going to endorse anyone, he'd instead run for the office himself.

19. Gore has said that the candidates are contacting him to ask how they can polish
the climate policies a bit. Al has no advice for them. The type of change we need is much, much bigger than Obama, Clinton, and even Edwards are talking about. :(
