Biden and Executive Privelege
The Boston Globe has all of the candidates answers to whether or not they'd keep the powers that Bush and Cheney have asserted the Executive Branch has. Here's the link to Biden, 'cause he's my guy, but you can look at everyone else here too. Watch out for Mitt...he's scary as Bush.

But holy shit, you are right, Romney is one scary fucker!

2. I predict with that a Dem as pres, repukes will claim
the powers they now say are granted to the "Executive Branch" will be viewed as being granted to stupidface only. Cuz he was a "war prezeedent". Watch for it.
