Foreign policy will be a major determining factor in next year's election, and if Democrats aren't smart enough to recognize that fact, rest assured that the Republicans will be happy to remind us. Joe Biden is the only candidate who has the right kind of experience in both foreign policy and domestic policy. And with Biden we won't be throwing the dice on whether we win or lose the election like we'll be doing if we nominate Clinton or Obama. I'm not putting them down; I'm simply advocating the person who is best suited to take over the presidency in 2008 and is best positioned to win. It only makes sense. He's earned his stripes and we deserve the best.

experience isn't taken into account near enough in this country. Everyone wants to be the manager in two years time. Without the knowledge gained by putting in the time to learn the job, there is much more room for mistakes. I have personally witnessed people who were completely unqualified for management positions get them based on charisma and passion. Joe Biden gets my vote because he earned it.

8. Experience is helpful to achieving ones goals. Biden's goals are of much more importance to

me than his experience.

Heck, Rumsfeld and Cheney have lots of experience, and they used that experience to get Joe Biden to vote to give them a blank check in matters of war in Western Asia.

We voters have lots of experience also. We have had the experience of a Democratic Party controlled Senate issuing a blank check to bush.

A tragedy like Iraq stresses the need for experience like us voters have. If we go back and look at the record, Biden's experience didn't do squat for averting tragedy, instead, it promoted tragedy.

That's what I experienced.

I don't hate Biden, a few of the things he's proposed I like (although i don't like his Iraq plan) and I'm not out to get him.

I just don't see his goals and mine as being much aligned.

I would prefer an American Democratic Republic, and Joe Biden has long championed an American Empire. A smarter, less oppressive empire perhaps than the one envisioned by his colleagues on the other side of the aisle, but still an empire. I can't get anymore enthusiastic about him than I can about Hill, Edwards, or Obama.
