Everybody should support their own personal preference, the person they think would make the best president even if they are not running. If you feel your uncle Ned would be best, write him in because getting the best candidate elected in not important. Selecting judges that will sit on the Supreme Court for life is not important either. What is important is that you feel good about your choice for whom you vote.

What the republican party has become today is to create a system of federalist society judges. Who are federalist society judges? People like Robert Bork.

If a Democrat doesn't win the presidency in 2008, because Democrats or progressives refuse to vote for the nominee, they above anyone else deserve exactly what they will get from the Supreme Court
