Can`t we all just not get along?

Here`s my plan through the primary season....

I`m going to pretend that logging in at DU is like going to an annual family reunion. One or two certifiable nuts, several falling-down drunks, a gunshot or two, couple fistfights, uninvited neighbors, a you-can-bet-on-it chainsaw demonstration, several don`t-say-anything middle of the roaders, a peacenik and an on-guard black helicopter spotter. Every time you log in, repeat this...."I feel so at home. It`s just like old times."

If you don`t want to think about a family reunion, I can empathize. Maybe you could make up a poem about how DU is like an old quilt....colorful and useful. If you`re not good at poetry, hum "Kumbayah" until your candidate wins.

Why wouldn`t DU be a little helter-skelter? We`ve spent years watching criminal Junior Bush wreck everything we hold dear, and we`re itching to strike back.
