Rasmussen daily graph for 12/29/07 - Clinton up 3, Obama up 1, Edwards down 1
Edited on Sat Dec-29-07 11:49 AM by DavidD
One could almost think that the attacks and counterattacks on DU are having no effect on these numbers at all!

(I finally thought of enclosing these in a page on my Web site. Why didn't I think of that before? Duh. The URL is http://www.dvorkin.com/rastrack.html If you like these graphs, please pass that URL around. Thanks.)

(Pretend that the 10 and 20 lines are actually 0. Does anyone know how to make Excel label different parts of the axis differently?)

4. I admire all of your work here
but these numbers are just screwy! And I'm not just saying that because my candidate fares worse.

6. Easy to read. Thanks again, David. Hope you keep it up...
In spite of all the stresses and tensions and the apparent setbacks in Iowa and New Hampshire, Hillary remains strong nationally. But a review of the currency and freshness of those state polls is in order, of course.

As we all know, or are told by the pundits and the media, however, the national polls don't count. Uh huh! They don't count.

I believe it! I believe it!

7. Aren't IA And NH Part Of The U S And Aren't They Part Of The Same Universe Of Voters...
HRC is moving up in IA as she is in this poll...

8. Let me put it differently.....
....whatever the media, the poundits, and those who dislike or hate her have said about her chances in Iowa and New Hampshire, all that has had no significant effect in her national numbers.

If she was in a tailspin in Iowa and NH, that would have certainly affected her national standings. It has not. In fact, there is now significant movement for her everywhere.

(Fingers crossed). Which is what certain poundits have alerted us to watch for in the last days before Iowa.

9. If they can't stop her in Iowa, this game may be over
Seems that the whole deal was to stop her early. Absent that, I think she will roll to the nomination. I hope she picks Wes Clark as her running mate.
