The mandates that everyone complains about mean that health care is mandated. The government will subsidize your health care 100% for the poorest, and continue subsidies, according to income, up to $100,000.

Setting the subsidized limit at $100K is more than enough to make sure the poor and middle-class are covered without adding any new bills to their mailboxes.

7. the description of his health care plan is not in the video clip

on youtube. It was one of the first questions, and unfortunately this video doesn't include the part where he takes questions. A woman told of how she (or her daughter?) lost her job and had to go on disability, but with that small income, she can't afford health insurance for her three kids (she's a single mom).
