Usually you can tell from the topic title what the purpose of the thread is and then it's just a matter of ignoring it entirely.

My mind HAS been changed here at DU many times, but only by intelligent, reasoned, informative people--never by tirades or juvenile rants.

Some of these people are so unsure of their own candidate of choice that they have to bring out anything and everything that they can.

If people get disgusted and don't vote, it's a vote for their candidate.

9. After the primary season is over, we should have a vote on

whose supporters have been most dignified, intelligent and rational. That would be an interesting poll.

Because I think the supporters of certain candidates, like Biden, Kucinich and some others have acquitted themselves very well, while the supporters of others have been immature, vapid, aggressive and unhelpful even to those of us who have not entirely decided who we'll vote for in the primary.
