I live in a place with so few people we don't have a polling place so all of us vote absentee.
I voted for Edwards even though I don't think he will win. I voted for Jesse Jackson back in the 90's. I think the most serious thing happening to us because of the repug take over of the government is the creating of a two class society. The government is being used to siphon money from the working class via taxes and spent on the wealthy who also got a tax cut. All the while working families are jobless or their earning power is being reduced and health care is becoming a luxury they can't afford.
This was the America of the early 1900's and the ruling wealthy class is trying to turn back the clock to that time. All the social progress since then is being eroded.
John Edwards makes this a campaign issue. He is not the only one but he is the only one who puts it in words we can understand when he talks about the two Americas.
I also voted to support the school spending initiative but I voted against all of Arnold's initiatives. I want him to fail as a Governor. He will not go after the money the energy companies owe us because of the energy rip offs they did to us. He would rather move on when a large part of the crisis we are having is because of the energy companies and the other part is because of the cutting of federal money to our state because we don't support Bush.
Screw the repugs and all their plans to steal this state and make it a part of the third world too!

about 10 days ago - voted 4 Howard Dean - the more progressive delegates the better chance we have of keeping the platform out of DLC/kerry control. Steroid boy gets NO support from me!
