Poll question: Candidate Opinion Poll #1 (of 4): John Kerry

These four polls are meant to gauge the general opinion among DUers of each of the four remaining Democratic presidential candidates as we head into Super Tuesday. It's not meant as a support poll - simply an opinion poll. Please feel free to leave comments. :)

Overall, what is your opinion of Senator John Kerry as a Presidential candidate?

2. After Sunday's debate performance,

I'm gonna say very positive. This guy looks like he's already President.

I think he projects a Presidential air. Or a "statesman" air. Maybe that's just me.

I have always thought so. That may be what he has over the other candidates.

Edwards was called "Breck Girl," ....and Sharpton....need I say more?

8. The tide turned for Kerry when he started getting trims

I figure it was my sage advice. I mean..I never talked to him or met him or anything..but he probably reads DU. Who doesn't.:) I said that he needed weekly trims if he was going to be viable. Edwards needed work on his part. Kerry took the advice and surged. Edwards' part seems a little more subdued and he's done better than projected. OTOH, my man Clark didn't get new suitss, shirts and ties and look what happened to him.

And I think his hair is more Presidential than Edwards' or Sharpton's. The other two may have good hair, but it's not Presidential to me.

13. Yes, He has a calm confidence that is magnetically appealing.

My instincts tell me we will take the White House in November. I just desperately hope we can coattail a Senate majority.

I know, I know - that doesn't add up to 100.

10. Favorable. Has a long record of voting the right way.

Even if I disagree with a few in the recent past. Our best bet to win it all is Senator Kerry.

11. I don't like him, but

I don't dislike him as much as I dislike Edwards. I'll vote for Kerry ONLY because I will have no other choice in the GE. It's either vote for Kerry or stay home. :( It sucks.

His speaking style reminds me of JFK's. He's a shrewd politician and that will help if he faces Bush. He's a good debater. Would have been very favorable if he hadn't voted with the Repukes more of late.

We're stuck with him though.

Just plain not interested. Not favorable enough to generate any interest; not unfavorable enough to generate dislike. A flat line. Dead in the water.
