Stop Posting Rasmussen Polls....
The man's a stooge, a cipher, a charlatan, a Faux News lackey, and a GOP operative....

His Portrait Of America poll had Chimpy beating Gore by seven percentage points on Election Day!!!!

He had to close it down cuz he got reamed so bad in his public comments section.....

I have pointed this out hundreds of times. I even emailed Rasmussen several times asking him if his polling skills have improved since 2000. He has yet to answer any.

4. He was on Hannity a few days ago, saying how Kerry is GOING TO LOSE!
...not how he could lose, but that Bush was going to beat him, "here's why..." etc. He (Mr. Scott Rasmussen) didn't even try to fake any objectivity or give any real analysis, just repeating everything Sean would say about how they think Bush will take '04.

7. Free Republic loves Rasmussen
so I'd say they shouldn't even be allowed here.

They are NOT at all credible!

8. Amen to that. His polls are about as scientific as Creationism.

10. it's ok to cite the poll, but give a warning
such as we do with washingtontimes, wall street journal, fox news etc. and didn't you say he uses machines to do polling ? so if nobody picks up it makes the results less accurate. in scientific polling i believe they call back if someone doesn't pick up at first. i do remember him during 2000 though. and how all the right wingers would always bring up rasmussen. someone told me then his polling methods were not very reliable. i believe zogby got it right though since he had it close but on his last poll he had al gore ahead of bush though still close and this was how it turned out.
