DEAN SUPPORTERS, KEEP THIS KICKED UNTIL TUESDAY NIGHT!

Dear voters in the March 2 Democratic primaries,

don't let the campaign operators sucker you into giving away your precious right to vote for the candidate you actually want!

If you add up the people who understand that on the questions that really count - the questions that demand guts, smarts and integrity - a Kerry who voted for the USA PATRIOT Act and the Iraq invasion is much like an Edwards, who did the same--

If you add up the people who understand that helping either Edwards or Kerry at this stage is a farce, when you can put pressure on them instead to represent truly progressive positions, and by so doing really defeat Bush in November--

If you add up the people who understand that Dean was the one who would have and could have won handily against Bush by exploding the received categories of "swing voters" and "moderates," who would have and could have challenged the duopoly of corrupted parties and the power of the media over democracy --

If you add up the people who understand and will not forget that Dean was taken out by the media and figuratively shot, to the applause of the DNC and RNC alike--

If you add up the people who understand the value of maximizing Dean's delegate count at the Convention--

Then you get A LOT more than 15 percent of the Democrats voting in the primaries tomorrow - certainly in California and New York - who will vote their conscience and vote for Dean.

Dennis is a nice guy who says almost all the right things, but there is a reason he was merely blacked out by the media, instead of being drawn and quartered, like Dean: Dennis is not and never was a credible threat to the status quo.

Dean was, and may still be the man who can appeal to the non-voting majority, who (for all the abuse we put on them) have so many valid reasons to be fed up with charades.

Keep the Democrats honest! Keep truth on the table! Vote for Dean!

9. oh, I should raise the money for Kerry?
A dollar for Dean has gone a lot further towards unseating Bush than a dollar for Kerry ever will. Dean meant it when he took on Bush. His campaign broke the ice and made it acceptable to question the "wartime administration." Otherwise we'd still be back in 2002 with the highly successful strategy of collaboration.

Those who have money for political causes are well advised not to waste it on a candidate who will only reverse the Bush program when under pressure. Put it instead into issue-oriented groups that can help defeat Bush and build the grassroots organizations that might sway Kerry to actually make a difference.

10. After this Primary season, I am putting my time, money & hope into
changing things at the local level.....then the State level and then Nationally. Yes, I will work to get Bush out, and then we need to work to make sure that the Democratic President changes things....but I don't have much faith in any of the top contenders.

We also need to work, right now, on changing the makeup of the Congress!

I am having to really fight a feeling of hopelessness.....going to hike in the Mountains for hours today and hopefully, that will give me back my felling of hope! (How's that for using one word as many times, differently, in a sentence that you can)? At least it will be good for my health!
