That's not yes, that's not no. That's maybe,'' Hillary Rodham Clinton said in a debate Monday
Senator Clinton said that like voting "Maybe" is a bad thing.
I understand the "maybe" vote to mean that you'd vote yes IF some problems are cleared up. It's a way of returning a bill to commitee for some fine-tuning. Too bad Senator Clinton couldn't have voted "Maybe" on the IWR until it was made clear that Bush wasn't being authorized to invade until certain conditions were met.

This is how you remain all things to all people. He has mastered that of which he acuses Hilary---it seems. He does what he accuses Hilary of doing. GWB and Rove strategy.
