8. after 8:00 pm it will be too late to cast ballot
but if you sign in by 8:00 you should be be able to fill out the binding presidential ballot

3. Officially it begins at 7:00PM...
....though it's not uncommon for people to show up a little early (I plan on showing up at 6:30).

4. Presidential Preference balloting starts at 6:30
The actual caucuses themselves convene at 7:00, and must be open until at least 8:00.
