1. I voted for Kerry
And I've got the guts to admit it.

Anyone care to say why they voted no?

5. Sure...
I believe that Kerry will be equally as bad a president as Bush is, just in different ways. For instance, I believe Kerry will support a draft. I believe Kerry will continue to run an astronomical deficit. Because Kerry won't recind all the tax cuts, there still won't be funding for state social programs and NCLB. I don't think Kerry will create even a fraction of the jobs that Bush has lost because he doesn't take a firm position for American workers. Basically, I think we'll have the same old problems we have now with Bush if Kerry wins, but it will just piss me off more because Kerry is supposed to be different.

10. And then you wonder why deanies are considered off the deep end...
I am hardly a kery supporter, but the primaries didn't make me forget what was at stake: the planet, our lives, democracy itself...Put down the kool-aid for a minute , take some distance, contemplate what enormities are you saying...Daym!

12. Not all of Dean supporters are Democrats
I'm an Independent and I am not loyal to any party. I vote individual candidates based on their records and whether or not I like them and their policies. It doesn't matter what party they belong to. I just don't like Kerry and I never have.

Kindly refrain from making ignorant "koolaid" comments in the future. I didn't make personal insults to you. I offered my opinion and my true feelings about what kind of president John Kerry would make. If Kerry supporters can't stomach the responses then they should stop asking questions they really don't want the answer to.

11. It will take time to fix what Dubya and his buddies have broken.
We won't have everything fixed immediately just because Kerry is elected. He may even have to temporarily do things that are not pleasant. But he will not be leading us further down the wrong path. Kerry may only be a one term President because he will have to do things that are in our best interest but may not get him a favorable rating.

If the Bush team gets another four years they will not have to worry about an upcoming election and will be free to do anything they want. That will make it even harder for the next Dem to get us out of wars, make the rest of the world respect us again, get jobs back in this country, fix Medicare and Social Security, and have a growing economy.

13. My dog Bailey would be better than Bush
I think Kerry would be little to no worse than Clinton <sans the charm of course> who was way too compromising with the Thugs.

15. I'm an independent and
a Dean supporter. But there is no way in hell George Bush would ever get a vote from me. I'm voting for Kerry. Any vote not for a Kerry is for George Bush.
