Just a quick note to tell anyone who has been trying to reach www.wesclarkdemocrats.com since about 11:30 CST last night, the site has been knocked offline by an apparent denial of service attack. We hope to have the problem resolved in the next few hours. Thanks.

It looks like the attack came from programs banging away at the IP address from about a dozen different systems. I can understand, I suppose, these virus/trojan packages used for illegal spamming or identity theft -- at least they have a reason, though larcenous, the pure mischief makers though need a sound whupping.
