1. I guess that would include me
I am an independent, but was able to vote in the primary because I live in California and we have open primaries. I am strongly considering joining the Democratic party, though. I donated to Kerry and voted for him during the primaries, and will do the same again in November!! If any of the other candidates had won the nomination, I would gladly donate to them and vote for them in November as well. I would recommend that anybody in any party (even Republicans) that opposes the religious right should be ABB in November!!

11. One last time, Mike
Just vote Dem for prez one last time. You can check off progressives from other parties on the rest of the ballot, but we gotta get $hrub out even if we don't like the dem candidate in question.

7. me
I consider myself a leftist independent, but due to lack of progressive parties that can beat the Republicans, I will vote for Democrats.

10. Me, too
I consider both major political parties to be more interested in keeping themselves in office than in doing any actual good for our country. That said, as a liberal who lives in Virginia I have yet to meet a Republican I wanted to vote for, so I always end up voting for, and donating to, Democrats.

I liked Dean better than Kerry, but Kerry's a good guy and 1000% times better than Bush.

ABB in November,
Laura

12. I'm a true independent-I've never joined any political party
yet I've done volunteer work for Democratic and third party candidates.

I've also worked for civil rights, the right to organize labor, and for reform in our political process.

I have fought, literally, against fascism in the streets of our nation.

It looks as though I'll be voting for Kerry in November, I voted for Dennis Kucinich in the WI. primary and was really thinking about supporting Howard Dean for awhile.

13. I've been a Demoncrat since political parties were invented.
... but I can't endorse anyone who is pro imperialism. I don't care what party they claim to be. If Kerry wants the Devil's vote he is going to have to openly disavow the PNAC/PPI agenda. :evilfrown:
