Clark/Dean and Dean/Clark *both* seem reasonable to me today.
Both campaigns have hordes of supporters doing a great job with the fundraising and footwork. Uniting them would create one powerhouse of a campaign. I know many like to talk about "egos," and there is the standard talk from all of the candidates about not being anyone else's running mate. However, I'm not certain such a ferocious swarm of Democrats can be beat.

I've usually argued that Dean/Clark makes more sense than Clark/Dean, but after recent events, both seem to be doing a lot of things right. Throwing away their achievements and organizations seems like a waste.

Does anyone think the same way? Feel the same way? Or even share the same hope?

1. As long as it isn't Bush/stooge or stooge/Bush...
I'm happy... but yeah, either combination would be strong in my opinion.

3. Totally agree
My top two candidates (although I'm still a Dean man). Having Clark on his ticket allays fears of weakness in foreign policy, as well as giving it a sense of military leadership.

In the end, I'm ABB. I'll take any two-headed monster that can beat Bush.

4. Clark/Dean would be unstoppable
Clark's foreign policy, Dean's domestic experience. A shared hatred for Shrub. Fundraising Phenoms.

7. I agree.
Either combination would be unstoppable. I'm still holding out some hope that it will happen.

8. Clark campaigner for Dean/Clark
I'm a Clark campaigner (although I haven't actually done anything yet except send him money), and I was one of the original draft signers, but I think Dean is just too powerful of a personality to run as a VP. Therefore I think it seems more natural for a Dean/Clark ticket. Hey, Clark would still have one debate against Cheney although you can bet the deck will be completely stacked to avoid foreign policy questions.

15. Very reasonable
I'm not sure the candidates will want to be on the same ticket, but I've got to admit it would be hard to beat. It's refreshing to see supporters thinking about coming together. We've got a long slog yet.
