Edwards now has to endorse someone -- Or deliberatly not endorse anyone
Whichever way he chooses to go, the genie is now out of the bottle.

Edwards can't put off making some kind of announcement, regardless of whether it is an endorsement of Hillary, Obama or a deliberate "I'll not be endorsing eitehr during the primary."

6. It was a guess.. the comment was "It could have been something as simple
as a scheduling conflict, but neither party would comment."

9. Yes. This morning I thought it would be an endorsement for Obama because
of some of the stuff I've read and just surmised.

Now, it sounds like Clinton.

The Obama campaign telling the press to ask the Edwards campaign why the meeting was cancelled....that's odd.

And the possible schedule conflict is just too lame.

It'll be interesting to see.

If Hillary did promise a slot to JE, I think Obama would have matched it. Hmmmm. Interesting - just like everything else has been in this campaign!!

4. If he DOES endorse Hillary I hope his former supporters see it as a sellout
Clinton's pro big business agenda is a complete opposite of the goals Edwards was running on.

10. As a former Edwards supporter, I will trust John's decision either way.

But it will not affect my vote now. Besides, I'm fairly certain Edwards and Clinton made the deal.

Meet the new A.G.!

15. Neither Hillary nor Obama is a great match.
Neither of them are as progressive as Edwards.

Hillary's love of big business would likely be an issue, but Obama would not be without issues, either.

13. Because everyone is waiting for something
Even if he has decided not to endorse anyone, he ought to at least let peope know what he's going to do or not do.

18. I noted or not -- But he should say something
A lot of people are waiting. It would be nice to at least let us know what he's thinking at this point -- even if it is that he's not planning on endorsing anyone.
