3. You left out "No One".
I'm beginning to seriously wonder if this country will ever elect a woman.

8. Lisa Madigan?
Edited on Mon Feb-11-08 04:44 PM by liberalpragmatist
Don't know much about her except that she's the current Illinois Attorney General, is fairly popular, and is expected to run (and win) the governorship of Illinois in 2010.

That'll put a woman in charge of a major, large-state governorship and she's young enough and has enough connections that she could conceivably be a candidate for president in 2016 or 2020 (assuming her gubernatorial term is successful).

She's also being touted as a possible replacement for Barack Obama in the U.S. Senate, should he win the presidency.
