California election: practice for 11/2/04
Thousands of registered voters were disenfranchised by the voting computers. The results of some precincts show that 256% of the elgible voters voted. The computers had the wrong ballot in some precincts. The precincts most disenfranchised were among the most liberal within the various counties of the state.

Now if Bush's supporters' votes count 2 1/2 times and Kerry's supporters just happen to get disenfranchised (a strong probability), how are we going to kick Bush out? It won't happen unless we can convince the Senate to back Bob Graham's bill.
