1. Some thoughts
1) Valerie Plame

2) Halliburton contracts

How have American soldiers suffered because of the favoritism toward Halliburton?

3) WMDs in Iraq, Tenet having to correct Dick Cheney on his lies and exaggerations (as per his testimony this week)

4) The shameless procrastination with the 9/11 commission.

5) The planeload of Bin Laden connections that was allowed to leave after 9/11 with no serious FBI questioning or investigatory follow-up.

An examination of Bush's campaign promises probably would yield a treasure trove of lies, e.g. "compassionate conservative," promises to bolster education, to protect the environment, etc.

2. There have to be tons of examples
Changing or leaving out part of the EPA report that the air in NY was OK.

Calling people in the middle of the night to strong arm them on the Medicare bill, the bribe for Nick Smith, allowing Tommy Thompson to stay on the floor while the vote was going on for three hours in order to get the desired vote. Not telling all the money facts about the bill until after the vote,

Bush's lack of judgment in appointments and decisions is incredible.

Bush's war.....immoral and unjust.

Lies of omission and commission.

A Honorable person would run on their record. One with integrity wouldn't skew the facts about his opponent.

3. The honor and integrity bit is just as truthful as anything else spun
from/by the WH, its Administration and its talking heads: the whole truth about any issue would be most damning and damaging to GWB's election chances.

4. I think an easier list would be to find...
something that HAS brought 'honor and integrity' to the WH under this administration.

Near as I can figure, it has been one disaster after another.

5.  Lying to his own damn party about Medicare
should be something everybody knows about. No honor, and no integrity there.

I think this is a potent combination of Beltway duplicity and an issue that gets to the heart of many, many peoples' lives.
