Would make a pretty good basis for a Kerry TV spot. If they could actually find film of Repubs laughing at Bush's "good luck" in getting a war and a recession... could be very potent. People don't like to be laughed at.

2. Finding video should be rather easy

There are plenty of instances of Bush using that morbid skit in many different places. Each time he drew laughter so is it safe to assume that he liked the reaction therefore he continued to use it?
