Will we be able to see who got what votes based on voting equipment? I think this will be very important in Florida and California especially. If * wins those states by winning diebold districts, I think the population needs to know that. What do you guys think?

1. I remember reading somewhere that an international organization |
|
plans on monitoring Florida polling sites. Don't remember who. I am hopeful that many more groups around the world will be stepping up to the task as November approaches.

if the Republicans are still in complete control of the voting machines come November, they can make the vote come out any way they want in selected districts in key states . . . just enough to win the election . . . and there will be no way that anyone can prove that they rigged the vote . . . because there will be no auditable paper trail . . . everything will remain inside the proprietary machines programmed by BushCo contributors and supporters . . . there's a good reason that Bush is confident of victory . . . because if the Republican Congress doesn't act (and there's no indication they will), there's no way they can lose in November . . .
