Just the fact that England can't be counted on by Bush says something.

I think it's safe to say that Spain can be taken off Bush's list now and squarely on the Kerry side.

José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, said yesterday: "I think Kerry will win. I want Kerry to win."

Which leaves Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Eritrea, and Uzbekistan. Hmmm.
