John Kerry supporters, what are your favorite campaign moments ?
this is mostly to those who were john kerry supporters in the primary, but others can answer if you want. so what were some of your favorite moments of the campaign ? i know the primary and caucus victories would be some of the best. especially iowa caucus. but i liked the events i saw on cspan with john kerry attending gatherings and answering peoples questions before the iowa caucus. i thought john kerry was the BEST in this type of format. and i have watched a bunch of these events with many candidates.the polls showed kerry had no chance, but i kept hearing stories around this time of people who had attended these events and after seeing kerry had decided on supporting kerry. i know this isn't scientific evidence of growing support, but it just gave a good feeling. and i saw myself how great kerry was and seeing others agree was nice also.

2. "Kerry gone wild"
Cracked me up when he said that in one of the debates...by looking at him it doesn't seem like something he'd say. He has a good sense of humor. :)

3. Iowa caucus
It is rare when my wishes and those of the majority are the same.
Vindication.

4. Iowa the night of the win
Such a good feeling, btw it was also my first real day as a Kerry supporter and the best feeling was uniting with a friend to support Kerry, we've been there ever since. My next best feeling will be when we go to his inguaration :D.

5. Two moments
Well there's three and one was Jim Rassman, but that's just a general favorite moment.

My favorite in the campaign was Friday, I think, before the primaries when Kerry was in there doing a Q&A talking about art and dance in the schools and Aids in Africa and dreaming again, with 70 year old Iowa farmers. And they were loving it! It was awesome.

My second favorite moment was actually Super Tuesday, when it was all locked up. I finally relaxed and celebrated!

Oh, and one more favorite moment was a phone call to a very old lady in Tennessee. In a delightful southern accent she says of Bush "I just don't think that man is smart!" I thought I was going to pee my pants. Hysterical!
