1. My List
Hitler and Stalin (tied at #1)
Tojo
Mao
Pol Pot
Idi Amin Dada

Sorry, but while we may not particularly like Chimpy, he is nowhere near as evil as the others on any list. He's just Selfish, Stubborn and Stupid and that's why I want him out of the White House.

there at least a dozen worse even in the last 30 years. and if you go back 100? how about tsar nicholas? Kaiser wilhelm?

bush is bad but he hasnt committed genocide. That takes more organizational skills than shrub posseses.

5. Line 'em all up
in a row. It doesn't matter who -- Kim Jong Il, Saddam, Hitler, Mussolini, Bacchus, The Medusa, Odin, they all pale in comparison to
the
BeelzeBush. No contest.

8. Well
I don't personally like categorizing Bush with dictators like that, and if you looked around you could certainly find many many worse leaders. Bush, however, easily the scariest political personality in my lifetime, from my perspective (in that he can interfere with my life).

politics to see that someone who you strongly disagree with on issues isn't the same thing as REAL authoritarians and real evil. There are at least a dozen leaders of countries or states TODAY worse than Bush easily.

Kim Jong Il, Castro, Mugabe, Arrafat, the heads of Burma, Equitorial Guinea, China, Sudan, and pretty much every middle eastern country other than Qatar

16. Kim Jong Il, Robert Mugabe, Arafat All Inherited Despotic Resgimes And
arguably made them worse....

Bush inherited a democratic republic and is s-l-o-w-l-y turning it into an authoritarian regime.....

It's like the proverbial frog in the steamer... If the water's really hot at first the frog will jump out but if you slowly turn up the steam the frog will stay till he's boiled...

Same thing with the slow erosion of our civil rights under Bushco...

From Bush's opposition to a woman's right to choose, a gay's right to marry, Howard Stern's freedom to rant, nominantion of reactionary judges to the nation's highest courts Bushco is slowly chipping away at our civil rights...

Heck, You got me going..... Bush is the worst.... He is taking the freeest people on earth and turning them into serfs....

Bush isn't operating on a Hitler level--he doesn't have the talent.

11. Certainly of the so-called democratic nations. Total?...Probably not.
But he is, without a doubt, the DUMBEST sumbitch to hold such a powerful position in recent memory.

12. Yes
Although there have been a number of leaders who have been much worse in the genocidal maniac department (at least so far), I have to put Bush near the top simply because he has so much power.

He heads the most powerful country in the history of the world, and he has the potential to unleash unimaginable destruction.

He is also in a position to destroy one of the worlds oldest functioning democracies if he gets a second term. Even if he doesn't end up killing millions of Americans, just destroying American democracy would be a catastrophic event.

14. Let's not get crazy
Sure, Bush is an idiot and he has wrecked our economy and led us into a quagmire in Iraq, but he hasn't murdered 50 million people like Stalin or Mao or Hitler.
