2. Great news about Russ!
He is the Wis. SD that I most wanted to back Obama. Of course, I'd like them all to. :)

6. Well done, Jason.
And everyone was so concerned that someone so young couldn't be trusted to represent his voters.

For shame. ;)

7. Hmmm
Am I the only one bothered that we have a 21 year old superdelegate? Just how many years did he have to toil in the trenches to earn that status?

9. This Super Delegate nonsense has got to be changed.
When 1/5 of your delegates are party insiders, you're risking an awful lot of internal rot. Keep the proportional voting thing, and let the best person win.

10. I think it's great.
Everyone bitches and moans that the youth don't get involved in the process. Well here's one that did and people want to bag him for it.

I think this kid should be held up as a role model and example for other kids to motivate them to get involved. If I was running the DNC, I'd give the kid a job and put him out on the road working the youth GOTV.

And he was selected by his peers in the local party for the position. So obviously those in the know felt highly enough of him to give him the responsibility. So who are we to say they are wrong.

12. I am not a fan of the SD's at all, but I saw an interview with Rae
and he echoed your sentiment, which is a good point to make as to why he can be trusted to be a SD. I imagine he has just as much credibility to make a sound decision as many other SD's.

13. He has never even voted in an election yet.
How laughable, yet scary. What a screwed up election system the Dems have.
