I further predict that he will be voted into office by an overwhelming majority over Senator mCcain.
If I am wrong, if somehow Senator Clinton turns things around and gets the nomination, I predict that she too will win but not by the same overwhelming majority that Senator Obama will win by. I want everyone to know that I think Senator Clinton would make a great President and will get my fullest enthusiastic support should she somehow get the nomination. At this point, I do not think that she will get that nomination. I do not think Senator Clinton, in spite of a valiant campaign, will be able to overcome the momentum built by Senator Obama. I will even go out on a limb here and predict that Senator Obama will win both Texas and Ohio!
I base my prediction on the strong need by the large majority of American citizens for CHANGE. We The People are over bush and his war against America...one where he favors the wealthy over the rest of us. We the People do not have or even want to have an understanding of politics or economics or foreign policy...we just want to get on with our lives in a country we can have a bit of pride in. Everyone who has felt the pinch from the bush administration's policies will be voting AGAINST mCcain come November. That is what this Obama groundswell is about. We The People see Senator Obama as the one most likely to reverse that pinch and now that he is winning, we will continue to pile on in larger and larger numbers.
We want to go back to business as usual, not the business that bush has given us for the last 7 years but the business of We The People being prosperous again on an individual level. We are sick of the deteriorating systems in America, the education system we send our kids to; the health system which we expect to care for us and our loved ones; the lending systems which we use to buy into the American Dream; our energy systems which are draining our wallets more and more; and our politicians who seem to have not done much to repair these systems. We are sick of the republicans who block the efforts to repair those systems while telling us that everything is just fine on one hand and the terrorists are out to get us on the other hand.
Furthermore, we are tired of this ridiculous, horrible "war". A war that many if not most of We The People feel is unnecessary and needs to be brought to a close rapidly if not sooner. We don't want to hear any more spin about HOW this or that tactic is working out, we don't want to hear any more spin about WHY this or that tactic is not working out. We are done with the "how's" and the "whys", we just want it over with! We want to see our money put to better use, we want our government to stop pouring OUR money down a hole with nothing to show for it. We want our sons and daughters back home and out of harms way.
We The People do not want more bush yet Senator mCcain will try to run on that platform. Where will he get his votes from? Senator mCcain will appeal only to those who want more bush when he goes up against Senator Obama. With bush's approval rating around 19% how many will be voting for mCcain? We already see the beginnings of what I predict will be an exodus from among the republican voters to the Obama camp. Hence my reasoning as to why Obama will get a landslide victory as opposed to a hard fought yet strong victory should Senator Clinton yet get things turned around. I ask again, where will mCcain get those votes from? He will eventually have to resort to a negative campaign. We can plainly see how THAT is working out lately. That negative campaign will boost Senator Obama's votes ever higher!
That then is my prediction and my reasoning behind it. I think We The People believe that we will be taking back our country come November. We will increase the numbers of Democrats in the House and Senate, we will have a Democrat who promised We The People CHANGE as our President. We will send this President and these new congressmen off to work with a mandate from We The People: "YOU PROMISED US CHANGE, WE WANT CHANGE! WE GIVE YOU THE CHANCE TO BRING THAT PROMISE HOME!"
I want to thank the supporters of both Senator Clinton and Senator Obama for helping to bring about this hope for change. YOU made this possible, YOU have given America the chance for change. Now America has begun the rally around one of these GREAT Americans that YOU have placed before us. I've predicted that this election won't be anything less than a total devastating defeat for republicans and the neo-con philosophy. If I am right, (and I do think that I am right), America will have YOU to thank for that. :patriot:
