Thanx to all the Kerry supporters...

who have been kind to us Dean folks who will vote for your guy in November, but are still loyal to our guy Dean. Many of you have replied to Dean threads and showed support and respect in so many small ways and I personally appreciate that.

I know that some of us have been hard on some of you folks in the past and I can't speak for everyone here who is, was, or will be a Dean supporter, but I don't think those folks really were or are now (or probably ever will be) "real" Dean Supporters.

They are no more "real" than all the mean "pretend" Kerry supporters here who are only pretending to be Kerry supporters so they can have a good excuse to be mean to other candidate's supporters or just like being mean because their souls are dark and depressing.

And all you other candidate supporters please be sure to vote for Kerry in November, if only for the one simple reason that in case Kerry loses, those mean "pretend" Kerry supporters won't have the perfect excuse to be mean at our expense, because those "pretend" people won't really care if Kerry wins or loses in November.
All they care about is being mean and Kerry losing would be an even more perfect excuse to be even more mean to Deanies and "imagined" third party voters then they already are.

And for that reason, I want to give a BIG ((((HUG)))) - or (as they say in some parts of this here board) a ((((HIGz)))) - to all the "real" Kerry supporters here who know what the "real" goal is in November and that we ALL have to work together and NOT against each other. We got enuff of that CRAP to deal with from Bush and his cabal.

You help ELEVATE this board to the level of GREATNESS that so many of us here love and adore.

I gotta say, the vast majority of Kerry supporters have been super to us Clarkophiles as well. Both here at DU, at johnkerry.com, and in RL. And we do appreciate it.

I think all sensible Democrats know what needs to happen, and that we can all work together without compromising our own beliefs and loyalties. And that thought gives me a real good feeling about November.
