1. I'm listening now.
"It's urgent that the democratic debate continue."

I can't type as quick as Dennis speaks, but he's strong, clear, and doing exactly what we count on him for; speaking for us.

12. He does, doesn't he?
We want him taking that sense to the convention, and bringing it in to help the people, the democrats, and John Kerry's presidency be as prosperous as possible.

3. On Kerry:
"I'm going to help him."

Question: Would you consider leaving the democratic party?

"No, no, no, I'm a democrat."

I don't know if they post transcripts, but this is worth a listen from the archives if you didn't catch it live.

8. We'll meet him here in Colorado
...most likely Easter weekend. We're a tad excited! ^_^

Everywhere he goes, he surprises people who didn't know how dynamic he is.

Wish I could hear the live streams.... most of them are more than my computer can handle.

Thanks for any of the words you can type in here, and let us know when there's a transcript available!

Kanary, so grateful for Dennis!

13. Waaaay better. ^_^
The Easter Bunny brings candy that rots your teeth.

Dennis brings mental nutrition for a more healthy person and society.

Can't beat that, eh? :)

10. I'll bet you are excited!
Are you going to get to meet him? I found out during our first caucus that he had planned a quick, spur of the moment trip to Topeka. Our Kansas co ordinator was holding the info until it was certain and then he got sick. I almost had the chance to meet with him. Pehaps someday I will. I am looking forward to hearing your report.

15. I hope so, MuseRider!
I can only imagine how disappointed you must have been! I'm afraid I can't understand very well that secrecy thing.

We're busy planning how best to use Dennis' time. If he could only be here for a month.... ~~happy chortle~~

If you're anywhere close to Colorado, this may be your moment....? :)

Thanks for the well wishes... much appreciated!

11. I'm excited for you, Kanary
Your posts lately have been an inspiration to me. Watching other supporters taking stickers down and dropping out of the fight has me so depressed. :(

Seeing you fight on day after day, knowing how easy it would be for you to say 'screw it, what's the point?'... just wanted to know your spirit is appreciated out here. Thanks.

it's not unwarranted.

You see, I've finally had to come to the hard realization that I just can't be on DU anymore. All the atacks are just too much. You know and I know how important it is that Dennis remain in the race, and you know and I know just how much he is doing for *EVERYONE* including those who denigrate him.

So, I need to continue using my energy IRL, and continue bringing the news of Dennis to as many as I can. (Yesterday I reachd some more union people who were happy to know about him coming.... hurrah!) :)

Answering questions is one thing, but constant attacks are just violent. It's become much like the war itself: keep stalking the ones you have decided are your "enemies", and do everything you can to eviscerate them and reduce them to babbling idiots, and dispirited shells of their former selves. I guess the war scenario is attractive to some people.

Well, they won. Hope they enjoy their victory. I just can no longer keep reading the attacks. It has become clear to me it's affecting me in my real life, and I just can't allow that. So, they have succeeded in splintering the party, which is what they were setting out to do, I guess. Some accomplishment. It's that sense of victory of having won a war. Quite the popular thing in our society.

So, I am, in your words, saying "Screw it" in terms of posting here. I certainly won't give up IRL!!! Luckily, I don't find people nearly so rude, even those with different beliefs out in the real world. Dunno why they chose to come here and get their rocks off, but there you have it.

Dennis has my loyalty because of that tremendous heart of his. Intellect is great, but the heart is what we need to move us at this point.

I'd like to share with some of you what I spoke about last night, but this is NOT a safe venue for that. I'll send PMs to those who would like.

Take care, and I hope all goes well with all of you!

Kanary, tired of violence in any form........

17. Please do not go!
I simply have quit fighting. Most who poke us are doing it because they do not know better about DK, they have a huge cruel streak or they just like to stir things up. I have decided to ignore, but not put on ignore, those folks. Dennis hangs in there, will hang in there and we must try to do so as well. Remember it is a process and if we drop out of the scene entirely the process stops, at least on DU. You must do what is best for you of course but I would hate to lose your voice here. PM me what you were speaking about last night if you have the time. I would be very interested. Take care.
