Seems like Bush spent millions of dollars on ads trying to make himself out to be a strong wartime leader only to be shown that he is actually an idiot. This makes the issues much more uncertain and difficult to deal with in the middle east.

It does provide one opportunity though for Kerry to indicate that Clinton left a dialouge with both parties that the Bush administration ignored until 9/11, and even after that had minimal involvement
