1. It's a forgone conclusion that Clark will win and Edwards will get second
what would be interesting is seeing a poll without Clark, to see where his support breaks.

2. Yes, any poll that includes Clark is a foregone conclusion here at DU.

His supporters outnumber everyone else's, and probably everyone else's combined...

He has more supporters here at DU than does any other candidate.

17. But that is not the case in the world outside DU
Edited on Tue Mar-23-04 04:48 PM by atre
...where Clark registers only in the single digits.

I wonder why Clark has so much support here. Is the the excessive fragmentation and polarization of all the candidates' DU camps which caused others to eventually migrate to Clark as their favorite choice for the second spot? I'm genuinely curious, given the "electability meme" which ruled the primary season, why so many here are supportive of someone who is not polling well at all.

20. If that's so...
... then why did exit polling of FL primary voters show that they preferred Edwards over Graham as VP by a 5:2 margin?

22. Looks like
Clark's support has increased due to the type of campaign we have had so far, attacks on Kerry primarily in the National Security / Foreign policy areas.
